The file Crank.ach is provided in the Tutorials\Models subdirectory of the ALGOR installation directory.
The model will be solid meshed with the default settings.
Add a construction vertex at (-2.25, 2.125, 0) to guarantee that a node is created at the center of the top surface of the knob.
Add a beam perpendicular to the top face of the knob from the construction vertex and connect it to points at the outer edge of the top surface of the knob.
