Frequency Response Analysis of a Turbine Compressor Blade Test

| Hamler Test and Analysis used modal and frequency response analyses to optimize the testing of a weighted turbine compressor blade. ALGOR FEA software was used to predict the proper size and location of each weight. In this way, trial shaker experiments and the fabrication of trial weight assemblies were both minimized. The frequency response results for the first, torsional vibration mode are shown here. | ||
