ALGOR’s web site now offers an expanded set of online customer
service tools, including an all-new My Resources area (center) which allows
customers to view Tech Tips, Tutorials and Webcasts customized to the
products they own. The wide range of online tools available through the My
Account section (upper left) enables customers to directly manage their
customer account and software license data, update software, access
reference materials such as tutorials (lower right) and easily communicate
with service team members about ALGOR products and services. |
PITTSBURGH, PA – January
29, 2004 – ALGOR, Inc., a leading provider of design, analysis and
simulation software, announced the addition of an all-new My Resources
area to the wide range of online customer service tools
available through the
My Account
section of its web site,
www.ALGOR.com. This section enables customers to directly
manage their customer account and software license data, unlock evaluation and
purchased software capabilities in real time, update software, easily
communicate with service team members about ALGOR products and services and view
reference materials such as educational Tech Tips, keystroke-specific Tutorials
and free software demonstration Webcasts customized to the products they own
through the new My Resources area.
