• Application Engineer - Individuals should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience as a Technical Support Specialist/Application Engineer with an engineering company or FEA vendor is a plus. Additionally, experience with ALGOR or other FEA products is desirable as well as experience with one or more of the most popular CAD tools used in the marketplace. Duties include: provide pre-sales technical support for prospects; testing software; work independently with customers to support the use of products, including user education, WebEx demonstrations and on-site education; create and present product demos to qualified prospects; create software simulation examples in support of sales opportunities; teach training classes across the full range of FEA disciplines at client sites throughout the U.S. and internationally; provide guidance to the Technical Support team based on experience with clients, competitive awareness and personal technical skills; assist Sales in developing and managing plans for new customers; assist Sales in understanding the technical requirements and technical decision criteria of prospective clients; perform analysis and lead discovery of adjacent opportunities; investigate, uncover and understand customer business issues; present product line as a solution; serve as liaison between customer-requested software enhancements and R&D department; and utilize software to fulfill various consulting projects sold.
   
• Sales Professional - Individuals should possess an undergraduate degree and 3-5 years of experience in solution and value-proposition selling a conceptual or high-tech solution. Qualified candidates must be driven, competitive and self-starters. Experience selling software and/or in the CAD/CAM/CAE sector a plus.
   
• Software Developer, Engineering (Nonlinear FEA) - Individuals should possess an advanced degree in mechanical engineering and software development experience with C and/or FORTRAN in a scientific or engineering environment. Experience with nonlinear finite element software development is also required. Visual C++ or Visual Basic experience is a plus.
   
• Software Developer, GUI - Individuals should possess a B.S. degree in Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering and have experience with software interface design and development in a scientific or engineering environment. Visual C++, object-oriented design, .NET, MFC and COM experience is required. Experience with FEA, CAD and related technologies is desirable.
   
• Software Developer, CAD - Individuals should possess a B.S. degree in Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering and have software development experience with geometric modeling and software interface design in a scientific or engineering environment. Visual C++, object-oriented design, .NET, MFC and COM experience is required. Experience with CAD integration, FEA and related technologies is desirable.
   
• Software Developer, OpenGL - Individuals should possess an advanced degree in Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering and have significant software development experience with OpenGL graphics and its performance, ideally in a scientific or engineering environment. Visual C++, object-oriented design, .NET, MFC and COM experience is required. Experience with FEA, CAD and related technologies is desirable.
   
• Software Technician - Individuals must possess experience in using FlexLM as well as a minimum of an Associate’s degree in Information Technology. Experience providing support for software installation, licensing and rehosting using FlexLM is key. Candidates should be proficient with PC-based operating systems including Windows 2000, XP and Vista (32- and 64-bit), Linux Fedora, Red Hat and HP-UX platforms. Duties include: Providing immediate support for software installations, licensing, licensing and installation troubleshooting, license rehosting, documenting problems encountered, disseminating recommended procedures to the software development department and using WebEx online meeting technology.
